Request an Enterprise Workforce AI Consultation

You have read how the framework works, seen the capabilities, maybe run your numbers through the ROI calculator. The next step is a conversation, and it is worth knowing what kind of conversation it is.

What happens in the consultation?

It is a scoping session, not a pitch. We ask about your candidate functions, volumes, systems, and constraints, and we tell you plainly which workloads are strong agent candidates, which are marginal, and which you should not automate yet, along with the deployment pattern and investment scale a strong candidate implies. If Workforce AI is premature for your situation, we will say so and point you somewhere useful, often training before automation.

What should you bring?

Nothing is mandatory, but the conversation sharpens fast with: the function you suspect is the bottleneck, rough monthly volumes, current headcount on it, your core systems (ERP, CRM, telephony, ITSM), and any hard compliance constraints. If your security stakeholders want to join the first call, bring them; the security and compliance framework is written for their questions.

What happens after?

If there is a fit, we propose Phase 1 scoping per the implementation process, which ends in a deployment blueprint with defined success metrics and real pricing per the pricing guide. If there is no fit, you leave with an honest assessment and no follow-up sequence hounding your inbox.

Complete the form below. Tell us your organization, the function you are considering, approximate volumes, and your timeline; a senior member of the practice, not an SDR script, reviews every enterprise request.

Frequently asked questions

Who from the AI Faculty attends?

Enterprise consultations are led by senior practitioners from the Workforce AI practice; for strategic engagements, founding faculty participate directly.

Is the consultation free?

The initial scoping conversation is free. Formal Phase 1 scoping, which produces the deployment blueprint, is a paid engagement, and its price is quoted before you commit.

We are not sure agents are the right step. Should we still request it?

Yes; routing organizations to the right step is the point of the conversation, whether that is a deployment, a workshop, or waiting.
